I came in because I had a flat tire at the Convoy location, and I didn’t have an appointment either. Brandon helped me right away. He was very friendly, professional, and made sure I was taken care of. He even provided me with a quote for new tires without me having to ask, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience. It was a hot day, and Brandon still provided excellent customer service with a great attitude. Thank you, Brandon, for making a stressful situation so much easier! I definitely appreciate the great service.

I had a great expereince with the staff at this shop! After buying a car from Carvana I noticed it had a mechanical issue and they sent me to Firestone as one of their in-network service providers. The staff was super responsive, communicative and efficient. They completed the claim, diagnostic and other requirements from the company and got to work immediately after the claim was approved. They encountered a small issue while replacing my axels and brakes but they took their time troubleshooting the issue to ensure that the work was done right. I´m so happy with my experience there and would highly recommend them for any work you might need on your vehicle.

Daniel and Laz were friendly, professional, and efficient. They replaced all four tires and completed a wheel alignment on my Tesla Model 3 in just two hours, even without an appointment. The service was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended!

I recently got a lifetime wheel alignment package here. The staff was friendly and the quote he gave was $20 cheaper than the other Firestone store near here. I have no issue with the service here
